What does Microsoft Copilot training cover?
Using Microsoft 365 Copilot across Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint: summarising email threads and meetings, drafting documents, analysing spreadsheets and building presentations. Sessions also cover good prompting habits, checking outputs and using Copilot safely with company data.
Do you offer Claude training as well as Copilot?
Yes. Many teams use both: Copilot inside Microsoft 365, and Claude for deeper analysis, writing and building tools. I train on both and help teams decide which to use for what.
Is the training in person or online?
Either. Sessions can run in person at your offices, anywhere in the UK, or remotely over Teams or Zoom. Many clients use a mix.
How long is a Copilot training session?
It depends on what you need. A focused session can be a couple of hours; a structured adoption programme typically runs over four weeks, with short sessions, practice challenges and a review of results.
Can training be tailored to finance teams?
Yes. With 20 years in finance transformation, I often run finance-specific labs: variance commentary, reconciliations, board packs and month-end tasks, using the team's own examples.
